I'm sure there are projects you were excited about starting but never quite finished before moving onto the next thing!
Are there more than a few blog posts that you started awhile ago that still aren't finished?
OR
Do you have a linen closet that you just shut the door to becasue you're coming right back to organize it later after the phone call from your best friend that seems more interesting and less stressful than that darn linen closet?
OR
What about the IG Reels you started to work on but never finished filming because you got distracted by the IG feed.
OR
The curtains you were supposed to put up in the spare bedroom to complete that project.
OR
Did you miss an important appointment or deadline because it wasn't in your calendar?
And the worst part is, all of these half-finished tasks, projects and goals are weighing heavily on YOUR MIND causing you STRESS, ANXIETY + OVERWHELM because they just aren't getting done.
You know you have to do them but the list keeps getting longer instead of shorter.
So WHY is it so hard to consistently get things done?? Because.....
IT'S EASY TO START, FINDING THE TIME TO FINISH IS THE HARD PART!
And like all busy people, we want to do ALL THE THINGS.
Starting a new project is easy and can be fun, but keeping up the momentum to follow through to the end when you've got other things to do, your stuck or you just plain ol' got distracted cause it's taking tooo long to complete, is the problem.
